Bonus: employee earning ≤ ₹21,000 basic/month qualifies; bonus computed on a notional ₹7,000 cap or actual basic whichever is lower. Gratuity: needs 5 years of continuous service (4y 240d exception in 5th year applies). The studio surfaces the qualifying status before computing.

Bonus: 8.33%–20% of qualifying basic, formula-driven by employer policy or statutory minimum. Gratuity: (last drawn basic + DA) × 15 ÷ 26 × completed years of service. Both come with a payout PDF showing the formula traceable to the rupee.
